Mark Ivan Roblas is an accomplished science communication specialist with significant experience in science communication planning, science journalism, events management, and data journalism. He works as the Head of the Information Group, designing and monitoring communication strategies for the Philippine Council for Industry, Energy and Emerging Technology Research and Development. He also led the Science Explorer, the Philippines first mobile science learning facility that provides interactive science activities for students to entice them to be scientists in the future. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Communication at the College of Media and Communication at the University of the Philippines – Diliman.
