How do I check the status of my membership?

PCST Network membership is valid for a period of two years from the date of purchase. To check your membership status, please log in, then select My Membership (menu on the left) and then click on Manage to view your status.

How do I download a copy of my invoice?

Payments made after 23 May 2022
Should you need a copy of your invoice, please log in, then select Orders (menu on the left) and then click on the blue Print Invoice button. Please note, this is for payments made on our new payment gateway launched on 23 May 2022.

Payments made prior to 23 May 2022
For payments made prior to 23 May 2023, please email treasurer@pcst.network to request an invoice.

I forgot my password – what now?

If you have forgotten your password, click on the Lost your password link on the log in page and type in either your username or your email address. If your username or email address is invalid, please check whether you may have joined with an alternative email address. If you do not receive an email to reset your password, please check your spam folder. Failing all else, please send an email to web@pcst.network for assistance.
