PCST Network and the International Environmental Communication Association (IECA) are pleased to announce the signing of a Co-Operation Agreement between the two organizations. PCST President Brian Trench and IECA Chair Richard Doherty have signed an agreement that commits both organisations “to co-operate with each other as international organisations working in closely related fields of activity”.
