Meet the PCST Scientific Committee Series: Fabien Medvecky, Anne Dijkstra and Daniela Martin

7 November 2025

The PCST Network is a vibrant global community powered by the passion and expertise of its members. At its core is the Scientific Committee, a dedicated group of researchers, practitioners, educators, and innovators who guide the network’s vision and activities.

To bring our community closer, we are launching the Meet the PCST Scientific Committee series, highlighting the people behind the network. Through their stories and professional journeys, we aim to share how this volunteer team is advancing science communication worldwide.

Each month, we will introduce a new group of committee members and invite you to connect with them, learn about their work, and explore the shared vision shaping PCST’s future.

Fabien Medvecky
President of the PCST Network
Australia

Fabien is an Associate Professor at the Centre for the Public Awareness of Science at the Australian National University. His vision for PCST is that the network continues to thrive and grow over the next 35 years, just as it has over the past three decades.
