Alice Fleerackers (she/her) is a postdoctoral research fellow at the School of Journalism, Writing, and Media, University of British Columbia, and the Scholarly Communications Lab, Simon Fraser University. She studies the intersections of health and science communication, journalism, digital media, equity, and open science. She is the Vice President of the Public Communication of Science and Technology Network and the co-founder and co-chair of the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility Committee.
